1965 Gran Sport Wagon

    I'm back to work on the wagon. I put it on hold to build my 66 . My goal is to be riding in it next summer with the AC on. Build sheet looks like this. 455-400 auto, bucket seats with a full console out of a 65 GS. Silver paint with tinted windows.

    That looks great,wish i had a shop like that,are you filling in the trim holes on the side,i was wondering if that was too big of a pain in the :moonu: ,I went with 430-4speed in my 64,still under construction...

    saw this at buick show in wa state

    had black buckets w/console.still a wip,never looked under the hood.so many cars so little time! oh,and money :(

    trim holes

    Hey,
    The trim holes are not too much of a pain. Having the car apart I hold some brass on the inside of the hole and weld the hole up. The brass makes for somthing to weld to, then when the hole is welded the brass will not stick and just the hole is welded. Then it's time for body work. :TU:
    I have a full set of NOS 65 special ventports that I'm putting the front fenders.
