I think this car was for sale on 5/18/12 in Sacramento for $4500, some one must not of liked what they bought? I still looks cool but $800 depreciation in a couple weeks has to hurt.

I'm about two hours away and I would go look at it, but I see rust in the rear pillar, that's not a good sign. I also see blisters high on the rear quarter panel. I hate to think what the trunk floor looks like and how much damage is under the A pillar. Looks like a small badge on the grille.

It was advertised for $2000 OBO before that!
Now it's apparently being sold by a flipper.

I agree but not a very good flipper losing $700 but in all likely hood some one bought it and decided it was more work than he wanted to do. I can relate to that but I guess it is a rare GS too bad it can't find a good home.

No, he bought it for $2000 (obo), then listed it for $4500 within a week! There was a short period where both ads from the two owners were on Craigslist!
I'm just speculating on the situation or course, but It appears he was trying to make a quick $2500. But now he's pricing it a little more realistically. It's possible he'll take less if he gets desperate to sell.... he's not losing money, just making less profit.:pp

Still looks like a decent buy at around the $3000 mark. Tough to tell from the pics tho.

Your probably right but the $4500 Craigslist ad was from South bay aria and the $3800 ad is from Sacramento so I'm not sure its the same guy? I do agree this would be a awesome car for around the $3000, that is a cool air cleaner I've never seen one like it.
