1965 Buick Skylark 11,000 Original Mile Car I am the fourth owner of this beautiful Buick and can attest to the fact that it runs and drives better than any other classic car that has been in my collection. I am only considering selling to consolidate the number of vehicles I currently own. This is a unique opportunity to own what is likely the lowest mileage 65 Skylark in the country! Paint\Body: The car received a very high quality professional single stage repaint in the late 1980’s. There are a few paint flaws that are only noticeable a few inches away. The original body panels are completely laser straight. Interior: The upholstery is original and extremely nice thanks to the original owner having the seats covered in heavy plastic for many years. The plastic was recently removed, and seats have been steam-cleaned. The dash and gauges are in exceptional original shape which cannot be matched to even the highest quality restorations I have seen The steering wheel has been meticulously re-cast using modern thermal dynamic material. The original cracked wheel comes with the sale of the car The door panels and arm rests have some discoloration but still show very nicely New Legendary Interiors headliner, sun visors and sail panelshave been professionally installed Engine\Mechanical: Wildcat 310 – V8 – 210 HP - 310 ft lbs. torque Super Turbine 300 automatic transmission Exhaust – from the manifolds back is a custom stainless steel exhaust system that sounds great The engine bay is show quality detailed and it runs as nice as it looks Wheels\Tires: The car is riding on new Wheel Vintiques 15x7 Buick rally wheels The tires are Coker Silvertown Radials with redlines (Less than 300 miles) The original 14 inch steel wheels and spinner hub caps are included with the sale Options: Power Steering Power Drum Brakes AM Radio – Currently there is an AM\FM that a prior owner mounted in glove box Undercarriage: The undercarriage has been detailed with chassis black paint on the frame etc. Brand new KYB shocks on all 4 corners New Moog rear coil springs to restore stock ride height Glass\Trim: The glass is all in incredible shape, void of chips and scratches. The windows roll up and down as smooth as modern power windows The chrome and stainless has all been machine polished and is in show condition with a very deep shine The chrome on the grill shows it’s age but is much nicer than most I have seen The front and rear bumpers show well without any visible dents or dings Documentation: Original Protect-O-Plate fully intact in excellent condition Original owner signed sales document statement of mileage on 11/13/1985 of 5,991.8 Official 1965 Buick Accessories Guide Original Buick Owner’s Guide 1965 Color Sales Brochure 65 Service Manuals Accessories: Original GM Optikleen bottle Buick Wax Polish Buick Vanity Mirror Rare Clothes Hanging Rack as described in the Accessories Guide The car just won a top 40 award out of over 250 cars at the Scottsville Car Show. $25,900 All serious offers will be considered Located in Avon NY 14414
