I have a 1965 Skylark four door rear clip with no rust in the quarters and the trunk floor is solid. This is what you want if you are going to back half a 65 Skylark of any model. The floor does have some light pitting caused by the mat covering it, but nothing through the floor that would require replacement. From underneath it looks perfect. Small ding right rear lower corner that I was going to pull out. If you are interested pictures are available at the 65GS site. It is in northern California, 95453. Price is $600, much less than I paid for it. Delivery is possible within a few hundred miles at $.50 a mile each way. You have to have a way to lift it out of my trailer were it is sitting now with the taillights holes aimed at the stars.

LowFlyLark Time for a mild custom.

Good deal. I paid twice the asking price for a 65 rear clip out of Arizona. I had the guy cut mine at the tail lights and trunk floor. Lost the tail panel and trunk floor but it was still well worth the labor savings to get those great inner fenders and trunk drop off. He then shipped the quarters on a bus.

If the other one is sold, you can contact me. I am in Utah. I have one that isn't cut yet. 4 door. I can cut it where you want it cut.

Due to the costs shipping this the distance from CA to Chicagoland I'm going to have to pass on this. Hopefully someone else interested will have better means of transportation.

My hunt for a worthy rear clip in the Midwest continues...
