This is my 1966 Skylark that I have been working on and off for 18 months now. Just finished put the engine back in this weekend. Now waiting on my carb to get back from Vintage Speed in Fla. Car was in mostly good condition, just needed some tlc. All numbers matching 63k mile car...trying to keep it mostly original. This is my first classic car, and although I've made a few errors here and there, I've had a blast doing almost all the work except for the paint.

I have to agree. Especially the Buicks. Your 66 has turned out great. I bet that feels great to post finished pictures. I also like the white and red combo. On the wagon I just got I would love to change it to a blue interior possibly someday. Gonna be a slow project for me so we'll see. Thanks for the post of your car.
