1966 Skylark tire options

Anyone know how big of a drag radial I can fit on my 1966 Skylark. I am thinking of having a set of 10" wide rally wheels made and also was needing to know what backspace I should get. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What rearend do you have in the car Alan? I have 275/60 on my 67. 15x8 rear wheels

 

Stock 8.2 rear.

 

You can run 5.25 backspacing like I did. They are a little tight on the passenger outer but plenty of room on drivers side. I plan to roll the lips on the passenger side and I'll be good to go
