for some reason i couldnt find this post about tires... heh well i found it now! ok i have a 66 skylark and tires that are 245 60s that are going on 14 in gs rims, will these tires fit or are they too wide?
the tires are modifyer 60s from what i was told they were made fit 6 inch rims.. i could be mistaken thougho No:
Hi Lee, I just wanted to connect because I see you are in FDL. I am in Waupun, outside the walls! I am restoring a 67 gs40, that is in pretty good condition. I drive it daily when the roads are clean. I had the interior finished up at Universal Upholstery in FDL and they did a fine job at a reasonable price. The engine will be rebuitlt next month by Blakely's. I may or may not do a complete strip and paint. Maybe just a decent paint job, as I do drive it. Any suggestions for body and paint? Lloyd McCabe
