Looks very restorable to me! The floor is the only thing that looks like it needs major work. Fr/rr window channels may be shot too. I think it may still have it's original paint, look at that pinstripe. Front fender looks repainted tho. Nice interior.
Looks like a good project. Definitely restoration material. I agree with Will. Price is too high though for sure.
