All very nice Buicks! Just bought my GS last month, and I am trying to restore it to original. Good lord, have I gotten myself on the skillet with my wife:grin:

It is a #'s matching 400 block, and early 1968 430 big port heads. The car was built at the end of the year, and I wonder if the heads are original to that block. It also has the nice 400 Super Turbine tranny on the column. Hard to believe that option cost almost $300 back then.

I am sorry about the wheels...they are drivers until I find some Rallye's.

Nice ride, Dan! It'll look even better once you get those rallyes on there! :TU:

    rallys wheels

Which rally wheel are you looking to buy? Do you want new or will used do. I have bought a set of disc rally wheels and will be selling the chrome 14 inch rally wheels later this year. The disc rally wheel is like the blue wheel and I have attached a pic of the chrome rallys I will be selling later.

    Interior

    Leviathon,

The interior is black. Bench seat with the auto on the column. The seats have no rips or tears, but I wonder about the springs on the front bench. The headliner is black, and needs sewn in one spot. From what I can tell, all the chrome and emblems are there. The dash is black with no rips. The steering wheel is after market:(

I am still looking for that one.

You may want to replace the headline altogether. The kit is about $80 and geting a shop to do it right will be about the same cost as having it re-sewn.

A black dash with no rips or cracks... that's darn rare!
