If it's not too rotten it looks like a great deal; a perfect entry level car into the hobby. The question is how many Ontario winters has it driven? If it was a western convertible the answer would be "not many" because a convertible is absolutely useless in winter, and therefore less likely to have been rusted out. It's what saved my two.
