I've been watching it too, out of curiosity. Won't be bidding, since I picked up a nice GS grille last winter. The Skylark grille just needs a little paint job to look like a GS version.
Sorry to beat a dead horse here but, Have you seen what this '71 grille is at? With less than 2 hours to go, the reserve still hasn't been met at $,1625.00. Wow! Link I know the subject of these grilles has been talked about ad-nauseam on the board. :boring: But, it still amazes me!

That is crazy.... The '71 grill like the '69,70 and I think '72 is GS only. The good thing about the '68 is that the same grill was used on the Skylark Custom, except the center was silver like the one in the auction. A '68 GS grill is painted black in the center. If this one does not go sky high price wise I might try for it and then sell the '68 sportwagon grill and the '68 Skylark custom (project) grill that I have.
