This is a used Buick Stage II cam and lifters that was an over the counter option for the 1967-69 400-430 engines. It is the correct part #, 1385557. It appears to be in great shape and comes with the lifters marked for the corresponding cam lobes.

I bought this awhile back thinking it was the correct cam for the 455 Stage II motor but it is not.

$175 + shipping/insurance. Check or money order. PayPal add 3%. Paymeny due within 7 days. Will also include a set of Stage 2 hood scoop decals.

    Thanks,
    Tom

What is the differance between this and a 455 Stage II cam?

Sale on hold. I have sent a PM to Jim Weise to get his thoughts. This cam has only 1 groove in the front, I thought all 455 Stage II cams had 2 groooves. Will post after I hear from Jim.

    Sorry for the confusion.

No sweat, that's why I was asking. The part number jives with a Stage II cam and from what I have been able to find out that cam was used in all the 400, 430's and 455's. Maybe it doesn't have the two groves because it's a Crane "replacement" cam?
