The Olds Club of America National Meet was in Bowling Green this past week. On Sat a bunch of people went to Beech Bench Raceway. While there apparantly a little Pure Stock grudge match broke out. Kurt Karch and his 69 H/O non a/c car and your truely. If you are wondering, Kurt was a little bit faster than I. Although one run I did tree him, .001RT on my way to a 14.09 @ 99.17 mph And another shot of just me running the car

Then you would not have liked Beaver Springs very much. Hardest part was getting the car to hold still so you could launch. I rolled back 6 runs in a row. Was ready to give up and put it on the trailer until I got some very good help. There will be a line lok on my car soon. Won't use it unless I have to like that. Kinda like lots of cars at Stanton. :beers2:
