Tough to say on that car Nelson. It is very nice, but has been for sale for a very long time, started high and likely sold for quite a bit less once it finally sold ( I am assuming Jennifer no longer has it). I think the "all body panels replaced" probably scared off quite a few potential buyers, even though it sounds like the work may have been very well done. http://www.v8buick.com/index.php?th...00-convertible-stage-1-fully-restored.327115/
Car is a nice restoration. Lots of little things need to be done to make the car correct. This is probably why the car has not sold for big money.
68 Headlight bezels Rear quarter marker lights wrong disc brake pedal pad Water pump not painted engine color Air cleaner foams too tall. These are a few of the things I see. An in person inspection would probably reveal more. The level of detail is just not there. Like I said this is a "nice restoration".
Thanks for the reply's guys.... That kind of money will leave me out as I think it would take to long to sell for that kind of money. The only reason I really even was looking at it is because it being a convertible and all the options.. This one is another but I am not interested because it does not have AC... 1968 Buick GS 400 Convertible ..
68 is a big dip in price comparing it with a stage car.The 68 is probably a 15k car. Curious what are they asking for the 69?
the only thing i see wrong with this 69 is it's not a 4 spd. little thing like dave have mention can be fixed but the price is higher then the norm. id'd pay 40k for it but 85k no thanks still think the car is sweet tho johnny
I noticed on the video when they turned the headlights on the inner high beam bulbs came on but not the outer
