Selling my '69 Electra 225 2 Door. Original black on black. Have owned it for 8 years - was my daily driver. Original 430 and TH400 - 130k miles but the motor runs solid and the trans shifts solid. 75 800CFM Quadrajet and properly curved adj vac advance stock distributor, new 2 1/2" duals last year, rear bushings and springs replaced and brakes all the way around 2 years ago. All AC equipment comes with the car. Interior is in good shape and all the power accessories work. It runs, drives, and is in overall decent shape, but it is a project car. A decent set of tires and a trip permit is all it would take to deliver it a few hundred miles...
Vinyl top was removed last year and it has rusty window frames etc. (beyond my ability). A few minor area's in the trunk and floor pan need attention and it needs a few dings and scrapes repaired. Other than the top, the body panels etc. are all solid. The front suspension does need rebuilt and it needs a spot welded on the front frame crossmember.
I have a replacement front windshield, nice front bumper, and a very nice black front seat that go with the car. I also have a complete front end kit and a set of driver 15X6 rally's with good tires available for additional.
Hate to part with it - I've only seen one other black on black 2 door. I just don't have the space, money, or skill right now to do what needs to be done with it. SHE NEEDS TO GO SOON. Just found a nice 4 door 69 Electra that is rust free and needs very little so I won't be without a Buick once it's gone. I would like to see this one to go to a fellow Buick lover.
I can take more detailed pictures - let me know what you need to see.
I'm asking $1500. I'm also open to offers or partial trades. Thanks.

    Doug

Doesn't look like this will make much of a difference, but how about $1200 or best offer :Do No: .

I'd update my AAA Club membership before I left :Brow: but I'd get it there. Call me at 503-380-6448 if you're really considering this.
