For sale 1969 Stage 1 hardtop code 51-51 Pw steering manual drum brake non air 3:64 rear am/fm power antenna & yes it works! Rear defrost also. This car is all numbers matching down to the starter! correct carb , distributor , alternator starter & voltage regulator! Vin number w RS code block , correct BB trans & 3:64 ON rear Correct 1969 246 date matched carb & Distributor! Car odometer shows 48k title was tilted in 2008 with 46,681 . I purchased this with the original driveline completely out of the car and the owner had saved all of the original parts! I couldn’t believe it , even the Starter & battery cables spiral shocks too! This car was very solid with a previous paint job that was fair & need a roof skin do to an old sunroof that was patched up & cracked I installed a new AMD roof & completely restored the exterior on the frame& restoring the Blue bucket interior. Floors, trunk & 1/4s were very soild with some minor repairs in the rear lower area, Someone actually did a decent job. I stripped both doors & fenders fixed some dings in the 1/4 panels & blocked out the Hood Replaced both wheelhouses with nice solid parts & radiator support. Frame & front end appears to be all original components & is pretty clean IMHO. All the pot metal chrome is either NOS from previous owner replaced years ago & still looks good . I replaced the Grille & grille chrome shell that with an NOS take off that was on my race car 400 engine & Trans are rebuilt I had the BB trans rebuilt and kicks hard into 2nd & 3rd Converter is stock & I had it loosed up a bit. Previous owner had commissioned someone to rebuilt the 400 Engine & was sitting on a stand in the garage. I removed the oil pan and it was spotless clean all factory parts were steel shot blasted ie Crank ,Rods & block , rotating assy fully balanced. someone took the time as it was very clean inside. All new parts were used. Stage 1 replacement cam & pistons looked new. Heads were shot blasted & also rebuilt stock. I had all of the stainless professionally repaired & polished & it SHOWS beautifully Chrome bumpers are very nice , straight & we’re Rechromed prior Exhaust is a 2.5 TA with walker mufflers just need to install 15x7 wheels with BFG very nice shape Asking price is 49,500 OBO Located in Warminster PA 18974 Just a few minor things need to done & the car should be wrapped up in the month. Offered for sale here first then on to auction in the spring. Ie : things I will need to finish here soon. Waiting on wheel well trim & wiper moulding wipers Exhaust Rear tires mounted Pass seat installed once speaker is replaced.
