I have two complete cars worth of stuff, rust free hood, trunk lid 2 posi rearends, scarebird disc brake kit plus much more. Not looking to ship unless it's small. Just need this stuff gone.
Im in mass just south of Boston, Don't remember exactly what the raiders where but one was the highest ratio one although for the big cars it still isn't very high
I would love to see pictures . especially of the rear sway bar and Ratio's would be helpful . Any pictures of the stuff you have would be great too .
Holy cow. It’s free and some really good stuff! Thumbs up to you for giving to the community! If I had a need, I’d grab the stuff!
The disc brake kit is for the front. As far a giving to the community the car is mocking my failure every time i go in the garage. My welding skills are not good enough for this project. I'll take some pictures tomorrow but I'm not pulling stuff out with noone interested in taking them.
I would be interested in original wiper squirter tubing and radiator tubing if it has the yellow stripe. Thanks, Mike
I also have a rebuilt 455 with no miles on it that i would like to get 1500 for. It has a mild ta performance cam
Can someone exp;lain to Tom how you can get a idea what the axle ratio is by turning the wheel and counting the revolution of the imput flange . If I remember correctly it was to turn the wheel 1 revolution and count how many times the imput flange rotated , Or vice versa. Brian Trick Help
2.56 was the standard ratio according to the 70 shop manual. There are letters stamped on the bottom of the Axle tube for the Right rear wheel Approx 3 inches from the carrier flange . For Electra 2.56 code is PN for posi 3.07 would be PV for posi 3.23 would be PR . there is also listed in the shop manual a 3.91 Special Car Order . that would be a code PX . This is from a chart in the 70 Shop Manual on page 40-76
Sway bar appears to be aftermarket - ADDCO possibly. They were one of the largest aftermarket bar suppliers. Large car stuff is not easy to sell, know that personally. Usually certain items go - then a wall is hit.
It is an Addco bar. have one on my 72 Grand Ville. They work. I'm in Hartford, please PM your phone number.
