I am looking for a nice floor shifter, shifter bracket and cables for a 1970-72 Skylark/GS with a th400 trans. I would like to find a shifter that is in nice shape - no pits and good chrome, moves smoothly and ideally has a black shift handle. Let me know if you have this setup to sell and the price!

Which brackets are you looking for? I have the shift levers and the TH400 pan brackets and the cable trunion that holds the cable to the selector lever. Im working on black handles new next but dont have them yet. I have bullet proff U shape clips and pull up bars also. Can any of that help out?
Mike, These parts that I am asking for is for a friend of mine. He is converting a 71 GS 455 4 spd car to th400 trans. He has the console and th400 trans., but still needs a floor shifter with handle, the bracket that it mounts to, the cables necessary for the hookup except speedo cable and I believe the brackets that bolt to the trans. pan that hold the cables. I believe he has all the shift levers. Any help here would be appreciated.
I have an extra Black handle but I sent it to be reproduced. I hope that project is rolling soon. I also have a shifter (if I had the handle) that is complete but its not perfect. I have the pan bracket and the correct lever and the trunion for the shifter cable. I have a used cable with the trunion on it. Email me if any of that helps out. mike@mrbuick.com thanks
