I am selling my rare 1970 Buick Electra 225 Coupe. This car is extremely rare and was unofficially appraised at $13,000 this summer. I purchased this car as a show car from the original owner as a restoration project, but now selling due to my career workload. I placed this car in a few recent car cruise-ins and it receives a lot of attention. The car has been well cared for and is in excellent condition. I drove this car to visit family in Florida and South Texas this summer without any problems. The original 455 engine and transmission work great and do not smoke, burn, or leak oil. The car was repainted last year and is in excellent condition. The doors and trunk still shut like new. The seats are original and in excellent condition with no rips or tears. They were covered the majority of ownership and I will include the custom seat covers with this sale. There are no tears in the dash and the rest of the interior is immaculate. The seats are electric and work fine. The car runs well and is extremely reliable. The car has never been wrecked. As with all cars over 40 years old, the car has minor quirks that are common. The AC and heat work great in the car. The tires are new 15" and are in excellent condition. This car has been stored for the past few years and the mileage is only 123K; however, the odometer shows 23K.. This car was the third car of an elderly couple and used very sparingly. Wow!!! Now that would be a nice cruiser at a reasonable price. I would use it as a tow vehicle but it might be to nice for that....
