    1970 Buick GS350 w/ Built 455 Stage 1 $21,500 obo

It is now on ebay, but I will remove for serious buyer. Hit the link below for ebay link

Well here is the 9th Buick that I have built in the past 6 years. 3 Grand Nationals and 6 GS clones. All sold on EBAY. But this one is a real GS 350 with a very nicely built 455. Let’s start with the outside. It was painted before I bought it, but I wet sanded it made it look very nice. Very smooth finish. The body is rust free. I then replaced the weather stripping. New ext. door handles and locks along with new handle gaskets. New side marker light gaskets also. Vinyl top is in great shape. NO rust under top! Front bumper is very nice while the rear is brand new. The front GS grille is in excellent condition and was repainted. (NO CRACKS OR BROKEN MOUNTING BOLTS.) I then removed the core support and fender wells and had them sandblasted. They were then painted with 33% gloss paint and reinstalled with new core support mounts. New battery tray. Because the a/c system was not intact I had a plate made to cover the a/c box area. I detail the rest of the engine compartment while everything was out. It looks like show room new. The underside has also been painted 33% gloss black. Solid floors and trunk! All this has been done with a paint gun NOT cans. I replaced some of the front suspension ( sway bar link kit, bushings, shocks, tie rod ends and drag link).

Installed new air bags for better traction in the rear coil springs. A new gas tank and sending unit was also installed. New Coker Redline tires with 15 inch steel wheels. I love the poverty cap look so I installed them also.

Now let’s talk about the heart of this beast. The engine has about 6000 miles since it was built.

    Buick 455 bored 30 over (462c.i.)

    Forged 10.5:1 pistons.

    Molly Rings

    AM&P Ported Stage1 Heads

    Poston S-Divider intake (port matched)

    Poston Headers w/ Flowmaster exhaust

    Lunati Hemi Killer Camshaft

    Double Row Timing Chain

    Tweaked Holley 750 carb.

    Stock Rods and Crank

    HEI Ignition w/ MSD Wires

    Chrome 110 amp. Alt.

    Restored Ram Air cleaner

    New 4 core Radiator

    New Electric Dual Fan setup

    New Trans Cooler

    New Belts and Hoses

New Dist. Cap, Coil, Rotor and Plugs.

New Billet Oil, Rad, Power Steering Caps.

This car has Power steering and Power Front Disc Brakes.

There are NO leaks from drivetrain.

The 400 Turbo transmission was also rebuilt and a shift kit and 3000 stall converter added.

    B&M Deep Aluminum Pan.

The stock 10 Bolt rear end was replaced with a 12 Bolt posi unit with 3.73 gears.

The trunk was then redone by spackle painting the inside. A new trunk mat was installed along with a new spare tire cover and new spare tire. New trunk lid bumpers along with new door and hood bumpers were also installed.

The interior got a once over with new carpet and sill plates. The rest cleaned up very nicely. I have new Door panels on order (back ordered from Year One)and they will be installed before the car leaves. If the car sells before they arrive they will be shipped to the new owner free of charge. Since thes pictures were taken I have replaced the chrome piping that goes around the front bucket seats. Also I have painted the metal part of the dash. No cracks in the dash. Headliner is great along with the package tray. This is the original interior. The front seats have foam that is wearing out. They are still comfy to sit in but the material is alittle loose. But they still look good. The dash has the gauge cluster with factory tach (which works great). I added oil and temp gauge. Speedo is off by about 10 mph because of the rear gears. I have driven this car a lot over the winter while I was working on it and it is a very fun car to cruise in. The car sounds awesome and I love the looks I get from it. This car runs on 93 octane without any problems.
