Not a bad price though. The rebuild, recoloring and cad plating is worth the $400 by itself. As long as you know your buying a restamp carb, seems like a deal.
Seller still isn't disclosing the fact that it's a restamp but one can read between the lines. If you know what to look for, the pics tells the whole story.
