I am looking for a super nice show quality pinchweld moulding for a 1970 Chevelle convertible or its equvalint.. Pretty sure the same for 1968-72 are the same.. Buick is not the same.. Maybe 1968-1972 GTO? PLease if you have one I am willing to pay alot..I need it right away.. please send pictures to sprkplg@centurytel.net.. Thankyou Randy:beer

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

All 68-72 conv A-body use the same conv top mechanism, seats, rear side panels, drain gutter, windshield trim and pinchweld stainless.....so whoever told you they are different is wrong....I have disassembled all 4 conv models and they are all the same....LeMans, Cutlass, Skylark, Chevelle.

You can buy the pinchweld stainless new from any A-body supplier

I know you mean well but Skylark is different on the ends where the chrome meats the other mouldings on the car.. They are close but they are not correct.. Thats why if you look at the suppliers the chevelle is listed with its own number and the skylark has its own.. The skyalrk is fat on the end where the Chevelle is very thin..We have a 69 GS 400 right next to this car so I know what I am looking at.. I need a chevelle pinchweld.. The aftermarkets suck if you are using them for #1 Condition car.. They all have there problems.. Thanks for your input though.. Thought maybe I was All Alone out here!! :TU: :beers2:
