1970 front bumper re produced!

The picture looks good. How is the quality of the bumper? Any issues with mounting it?

So...Any feedback on these repro bumpers? How do they fit? Quality of the chrome?

 

My bumpers are out for rechrome.
I have bumper boys on car now.
Look forward to cars originals getting done.

 

Nothing is gonna beat a good OEM piece.

 

My factory one is bent on the end (downwards). Unsure if that’s fixable or not? If not this is a decent alternative unless I stumble upon an original

 

Here's the harsh reality fellas. We can **** all over these if you want, but there is a finite number of originals out there, and we should probably be happy for every new part that gets brought to market this point. A less-than-oem bumper beats no bumpers at all last I checked....

 

True on all cars, with the exception of a '55 Chevy nose.

 

I hope they come out great. And rear bumpers too.

If I were to purchase one I would paint the complete backside of the bumper as I did with my originals.

 

For a driver car or a clone I am excited to see a bumper reproduced. All the Buicks I see dont need perfect rechromed orig bumpers. Like others have said I hope they make a rear bumper as well.

 

No sh*t. At least put your eyes on one before you complain about it for Christ's sake.

 

I’d take a not clean original if it was straight and not bent at this point
