    Stamped ON on axle tube 8.2" Buick 10 bolt

    Looking for complete 70 3.64 axle that has been rebuilt or just a complete core used axle or just rear axle housing.

    Rich,

    I have an extra 3.64 rear end that I bought from Jim Turner several years ago but never used it. Here are a few pics of the housing. stampings, and gears. The posi has been rebuilt by Jim Mitschke and he said it is in great shape. The housing has been powder coated semi gloss black, and has some slight pitting but is not too bad. The gears are worn and will work for a trailer queen or a weekend warrior but will be a little noisy.
