This car is listed on the Denver CO CL. I went and looked at it on Saturday. I have the VIN and Cowl tag info. Originally triple black is I decoded the tag correctly. It has what I think is a 1970 455/TH 455 in it now. It's very rough. It may run but it needs everything redone and lots of work to get it there. Lots missing as well. On the collector scale it's a notch above a parts car but not by much. The dealer is asking $10k. That's insane, maybe $5K maybe?? Sorry I can't post the link to the ad.
I'm doing good Paul I just touch the microphone emblem on the phone and say what I have to say. Touch to type . I'm just catching up on the old Barrett Jackson from this week.
This is the polar opposite of the Young 1972 Seafoam Green GS350 which was ready to drive and enjoy for the same price. No way. These dealers see SS of GS or 442 and triple their asking prices and think that guys are going to trample over each other to get to it. No F'in way would I drop $5000 on a 1970 GS350 bench seat car. Triple Black is it's only curious plus. Those are always fun cars to own and show, BUT it's not a GS455.
