I like it - Same exact color combo as my Stage 1. A lot for a 350 car that they admit "needs restoration" although if that's original paint it doesn't look rusty at all & that's worth some $.
Saw it on facebook lastnight. If you look through his past pics of it you can get a pretty good idea of its original appearance.Looks like the consigning dealer rattle canned her.Kinda oversprayed impossible to clean areas. But a pretty decent looking unit otherwise.
By the time you get it home and cleaned up,it might look like this. Hopefully not that bad,but you never know unless you have it in front of you.
That website is familiar. That dealer picked up this car a couple years back and resold it pretty quickly. https://www.classiccarliquidators.com/vehicles/4310/1972-buick-gs-stage-1
More info on the car here, not sure if owner is on here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/BuickGSOwners/permalink/10159839246987336/?mibextid=Nif5oz Wanted to share my 1970 GS for sale (on consignment) here for anyone who may be interested. It's listed at $16,999 and is in Sherman, TX. Before you flame me on price or get wild, it is slightly negotiable and I want the consignment to make them a little since they did a GREAT job detailing and cleaning it up. (I won't pull it and sell privately IOW.) I'm the second owner and after 6-7 years it needs to go to someone willing to do some restoration and I just have too many projects and other hobbies...it's pretty darn original with only stuff replaced to keep it going and stopping. Can answer questions here or DM me.
