Looking for a 70 Chrome Passenger Mirror for a Skylark/GS .... for my 70 GS. Will consider a 71 - 72.... Thanks, Jeff
I could be wrong but I am almost positive that chrome mirror was only used for the drivers side,and that the bullet mirrors were only used for both drivers and passengers side...
The passenger mirror is for some reason a rarely chosen option. making them hard to find. The only sport mirrors in 70 were on the GSX. The bigger cars are more easily found but are larger and some later ones with no tri shield. I believe that this would be a good item to reproduce if someone had the $$$ to do it
The 1970 Skylark/GS passenger mirror is chrome and has the Buick logo embossed on the back. I have one on my car. It is a one year only piece and very difficult to find. Expect to pay upwards of $500 for a nice one. The 1971/72 one if identical except for the lack of the Buick logo and only a real Buick guy would know the difference. I have also posted a factory template for drilling the holes on the web site. So if you find it, it's a great resource to get it in the right spot. Good luck.
Jeff, I'm redoing my 70 convertible that has that mirror on the pass side.....it's coming off as it wasnt original. I won't have it back from the painter anytime soon, so if you're not in a hurry I can let you know. As I recall, it's in nice shape.

Jeff, the right side chrome mirror I have is NOT a candidate for your gorgeous car at all. Daily driver at best. Besides, its a 71-72 . ie: NO trishield logo. So, nevermind. Good Luck!! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
