Looking at the undercarriage photo in the front, you can see red paint on the oil pump. And the shape of the valve cover looks correct for the year. I bet they just hosed it with blue paint.
Car has been for sale by same dealer for nearly a year. I would assume at least one knowledgeable person has inspected by now. There must be something, or combination of things, that are preventing a sale.
