Trying to locate some hood seal inserts for a 1970 GS hood - to go between the foam and hood scoop chrome. I know these are hard to locate, but if anyone knows of some available or if there are any reproduction ones made.
I have some if you are talking about the pieces on the underside of the hood. PM me, I know they are scarce but I have several sets that I probably won't ever use....
Are they the seal plates? They should be flat piece of plastic. After Matt gets taken care of, please let me know if you have any more and how much. Thanks Leo
Been out of town to a funeral and no computers there, believe it or not! Back now, responded to PM and yes, I think I have 2 sets of them and I priced them at $100 a pair.
Just a FYI thats a good price John is giving you both as they are getting very hard to find. Someone used to repop them and the repops are JUNK !!! they would warp up like hell after driving the car. I think the repops where just for show you would have to take them off and put them on every time you where at a show.
