There's an article about that car on BarnFinds dot com:

Stored 40 Years: Rare 1970 Buick GS 455 Convertible

While Buick built just over 20,000 Gran Sports in 1970, the convertible was hard to find when new.
Just 1,416 droptops left the factory of which only 232 had the Stage 1 option.

The seller bought this garage find from the original owner who had parked it in 1984.
The 40 years have taken their toll, and a restoration is needed, including the big-block V8 which is stuck.

Located in West Jordan, Utah, this car comes with a rather extensive detailing of what you’ll find and is available here on eBay
where $15,600 is the magic number so far (no reserve).

As the story goes, a couple in Oregon bought this convertible new when a move to Arizona was pending.
Once they got there, they realized AZ is a hot place and they had the dealer install air conditioning (under-the-dash unit).

14 years and a divorce later, the lady owner parked it in her garage in Tempe and left it there untouched for the next four decades.
The seller has tried to get the motor to move, but it’s locked and won’t budge.

The tires were rotted, so four new or newer rubber donuts were added.

While this Buick is in somewhat rough shape now, being a one-owner car with a numbers-matching drivetrain increases the likelihood that someone will put the time and money into it to restore the GS to its former glory.
Rust is almost non-existent, and the body is straight, so your body man won’t get rich off renewing this vehicle.

The interior is worn out from the passage of time and the Arizona heat, so your upholstery guy will get a smile on his face when this one gets dropped off.

Besides a modest restyle, the 1970 Buick GS gained a 455 cubic inch engine in place of a 400 from the year before.
Before the vehicle was retired, the seller was told the car received no major work or preparation.

It did get a repaint back in the day (due to the relentless sun) and the convertible top is now the see-through variety.
The windshield will need to be replaced.

Besides being a rare car, the buyer is going to get all the documentation that the original owner kept all these years.
