He says in the ad that the headliner still needs to be stretched so I assume that means the edges haven't yet been glued.

 

The lack of a title is going to hinder the sale. some states are a real pain in a** to title a car with just a registration.

 

I have one from NY that has nothing. Need to look into titling it before long as planning a full resto. Where there's a will there's a way.

 

Pennsylvania is very difficult.

 

There used to be ads in Hemmings for getting untitled vehicles titled in Louisiana.

 

I did it years ago through Broadway title,and it went pretty smooth,but a few years after that,they were no longer able to do it. The last place I used was in Nevada,and it took 9 months.

 

Really like this car. Someone is going to get a great deal.

 

I didn't even get a transferable registration.
