In case anyone on the board is looking for a beautiful ride, mine is listed "for sale" on this and several other sites.
I chose to use a friend/broker to sell my car for me. This is a special ride that I hate to see go, but you must do what you need to do in this economy.

    Thanks for looking!

Beautiful car! If I had the money it would be mine! I saw the ad for it last week and I like it so much I am using one of your pictures of it for my wallpaper on my computer at work! :TU:

    Good luck!

    Thanks mike.

My biggest reason I'm selling is that I just don't have the time I need to enjoy it. When it sits I feel guilty that I'm not using it, and if I use it I feel guilty that I'm not busy working!! Catch 22!!

    Steve,

Your GS has always been one of my all time Favorite Buicks. Whoever gets your GS, will be getting one Awesome Buick!

    Best of luck.

Doo Wop Where were you in '62?

Are you looking to trade as indicated on dealer ad and if so, what type of trade?

    Korrie,
I'm not "personally" looking to trade, but the broker I have it listed with would be interested in trades. He would in turn buy and re sell (or keep if he really likes it) the trade in. I would still get paid out from him.

If you have something to trade and are interested let him know. He's a great guy to deal with.

Car is SOLD! It will be heading to the "Great White North" sometime in spring.

    Thanks to all that looked.

Once I find the time I will be putting together a "FOR SALE" list of all the spare parts I have accumulated for this 1970 GS455.

MANY items and all must go.

Did someone on the board get it?

I don't think he's a regular on the board, but he may have been on here on occasion doing investigative work before buying a GS. Seems like a nice guy that wants his wife and kids to enjoy tooling around in a nice GS during the summer months. It will be a sad day when it leaves my property in spring!!! At least it should be well taken care of!!

Bummer you had to sell it Steve but I know the feeling.

My GSX Resto Mod now resides in the Great White North.

Part of the fun is building them though, hope you get that chance in the near future!

    Thanks Todd,
First I get to try once again to sell my house. Then if it sells I get to build a new shop. Then when that's completed I'll need to get caught up with all the SRE products that I know I'll be behind with. Then someday in the future I'll (hopefully) get to build my next project. Add up the timeline for all those things and it could definitely be a long while before my next project!!

Oh well, still have the race car and a new Tomahawk block somewhere in the mix for the future.

Well.... The GS455 is headed to Canada. I drove it for the last time loading it in the trailer. I was hoping for a smoky burnout
for the grand finally!! :3gears: I will remember the last blip of the throttle before shutting her down, for a long time.
