    Hey Guys,

My car is having a tough time starting after I shut it done for a few minutes. Does anyone have a 70 buick GS Heat shield for sale.

If your running headers the stock shield won't help much.
Found that out on mine a couple weeks ago.

No I am just running the stock manifolds but it really makes it a pain in the neck to shut it down come out 5 minutes later and it wont start. I have been doing some research and they say this is the first thing to try.

ok,i will let a secret out here.change the solenoid spring.it was designed for points,to release the hold-in- coil,if you have hei,the spark/spring is ,shall we say, lless restrictive.if it is a true hot-soak.i doubt it,ive only seen it on fords.:Dou: :error:
