Lost my top overflow hose and bracket that holds it to radiator. Looking for a good used one Thks Tom
Tom, Todd carries that hose clip and as far as the ribbed hoses go, scouring your local salvage yards for OEM ones is your best bet. The reproduction hoses are prone to cracking after a few years.
I don't know if I can called ribbed. The hose has 2 lines in the middle on each side, On the top the hose has a special curve about one inch and half and the bracket that holds it to the radiator has 2 letters [ B C ] It has to be the one because of the special curve for the top to the side of the radiator cap. Bruno.
They're both ribbed. The shorter/thicker diameter one is about 13" long and the longer/thinner one is 24" long as Tom mentioned. These are extras I had a few years ago that I sold.
As for the curve Bruno mentioned, I've never seen that on any of the original hoses going from the radiator to the overflow tank. It curves due to the direction it's going to mate with the tank.
