What's your Trim code on the Cowl Tag. Looks to me like Pearl White bucket seats.

  7. It was a sandalwood bench with a three on the column but I had Legendary make a set of custom bucket covers in sandalwood so I could put in the console and the consolette. I did all interior work myself panels, covers, paint, dye and carpet. First time trying, I'd like to thank my kitchen table for doubling as my workbench.

    buickman70 I pirated this pic!!!

That is cool. My car originally came with a sandlewood bench. I noticed that nobody offered a sandlewood bucket seat covers. Now I have another option, Thanks. Rob

  10. Brett,
Anyone in the Worcester area knows this car as I drive it everyday. It spends the weekends close to you in Fall River.

The River is only about 15-20 minutes from me....you'll have to let me know when you're in the area, I'd like to check it out..

  12. Brett,
I noticed your a "juvenile corrections supervisor"
    are you a 14 or 16?

I've been a 14 for a couple years. None of the 16's in my area are going anywhere, therefore there's NO chance for advancement, unless I chose to leave my area, and even that's scarce...

How, may I ask, do you know the "lingo"?

Very nice job Paul! That car has a pretty good "double take" factor, it got me for sure!:TU:

That interior looks very nice. The short console is not an every day option you'd find easily.
Happen to be doing the exact same to '71 bench seat car, auto..
Sandalwood is the colour too, and yes I'm patiently waiting for my bucket seat covers, custom order. Been about 12 weeks now.
Will be installing an 8-track under the dash, currently painting the case Sandalwood, same as the dash.
Thinking about dying the console same as the dash too.....not sure.
Will be saving your pics for reference, looks great.
My wife has cousins in Worchester, MA. We get off at Posner Square. Next time down we'll look you up.

  18. 12 weeks was about right. I had them in 11. Use the SEM vinyl dye and prep, prep, prep first. I had to really clean the console and head rests. But I couldn't be happier with the results. Definately look me up or let me know. Posner Sq is right around the corner.
