    wheelz 'B' is for Buick.

I call this car SERTA. Because it would make a gorgeous SLEEPER! 90K original "Granny car" miles. 350-2, auto. Seamist with an excellent original dark green vinyl top, black buckets interior, column shift. A/C. Power windows. Excellent black dashpad too! This car even has an original desirable PASSENGER SIDE OUTSIDE MIRROR!!! WooooHoooo!!! ..AND, it also sports the original 14 inch seamist painted wheels with POVERTY HUBCAPS. . what a sleeper huh! I did get a fairly complete history of this car from the grandson of the original owner. ...and the BEST PART. . .its RUST FREE. PERIOD. This car was undoubtedly garage kept all its life. No signs of ever being damp in the trunk what-so-ever. Solid floors. VERY solid doors. No rust under the original vinyl top at all! Rustfree fenders and quarter panels! Original carpet. Original and perfect headliner. Original and, with the exception of a tear in the drivers insert, almost perfect seats. Superior runner but way tooo quiet cause of the original single exhaust. Chrome good. Grille is nice. Glass is clear and non fogged! The ONLY body work that has ever been done was performed three times on the same side. Ya see, as a senior citizen, the elderly lady would gently "scrub" the garage door springs on passenger side of the car while pulling it into the garage at 6:45pm after a wicked night of bingo and a few too many "lemonade fizzy drinks". . .LOL. The passenger side was first repaired sometime in late 77. Then again in 81. And in 84, the side was slightly damaged again, only this time, instead of having it repaired, she parked the car never to move again until last fall when she gave the car to her grandson. It sat in HER garage for over 22 years!! Then in HIS garage until last month when I bought it and had it towed to my place. Now, I have performed a ton of work since I got it. New complete brake system: master, wheel cyls, lines, shoes etc. Oil change, tranny change. Radiator flush and replenish. Complete engine tune up. RUNS EXCELLENT. Shifts smooth. Cold A/C. Drive anywhere. It DOES need shocks. .it has the original spiral front shocks. . imagine That! This is an excellent car for an excellent FIRM PRICE @ $5500. I will have good friend George N post a few pix for me, since my isp, for some reason, won't allow me to. BTW George N will see this car and verify its authenticity for any non believers out there!!! :beer Any questions? Any takers? Anyone want to see more pix, just ask and I'll shoot whatever you want to see! Contact me direct at PenWheelz@ij.net :TU: ThanX! Wheelz, Tampa Bay

    additional info

Guys. . I need to add to the above post. The CORE SUPPORT. Actually, besides the fact that this car is so solid, sweeet, and ready for cruisin, one of the reasons I bought it was for the correct dated core support for my personal 70 GSX. This car had a rusty original 70 dated core. NOT too bad, but absolutely correct for a 70. I will probably install a Mike Garrison patch. I have already swapped it out with a core in the same condition. Its difficult to tell its not the original core. AND. .I also forgot to mention this car has an alarm system, which the installers thought it a good idea to drill thru the driver front fender for the keyway??? Yeah, makes sense to me too. Plus, the alarm system has a siren, and flashing lights, AND it also flashes the rare, non factory optioned "rear window installed 5th stoplight". (you can see partially in the back seat pix) I'm sure as I go along answering questions, I will add more to this sweet lil cars description! :TU: Wheelz, Tampa Bay

    YUP Yup Yup!

:TU: Sure does. . .Pointed Lenses! It also has the plastic radiator cover as well. Another indication of early production. Thanx for asking! :beer Wheelz, Tampa Bay
