contact Daune Heckman on here(goes by Duane) He did some from auto speedometers and they looked great. These are tough to get..
Pretty sure I have got a new NOS one still in the box...have to take a look at the part number and see what the 70 GS 4-speed part # is.....any part # gurus out there have that part number handy?
Does anyone have just the face plate? Or know a source? I am possibly swapping my 70 to a 4 speed and have 15 plus auto speedometers that I could swap the face to. Not necessarily needing a correct unit..
Would be easier, at least for me, if you could post group # and part # your speedo came with. In my part book, at least the one I looked at, it simply states N.L.A. Knowing the number and going from there I should be able to help identify.
Here is a tip for the non-purist.....put a piece of black electrical tape over the PRNDL lettering and you will not notice it....once installed....will take a very very close look to see the tape. The surface finish of the tape is an exact match for the surface finish of the gage face.
Refers to 1970 with Auto Trans (Turbo 350 specified) and no "Speed Alert." 6496485....am not sure. All ST with no "Speed Alert''....number shows as 6493009 All #s come from Group # 9.761 for 1970
