That could be a nice project depending on how many of those extra parts you could get thrown in with the deal.
Going to look at it maybe bring it home for a project will see what happens
Only 60 miles and was sold new where I live in 1970 he said
Good Luck! Let us know what happens.
Yes, good luck!
Although it would be a shame to do so, it seems like a guy could part that car out for more money than he's asking for it.
That a Chevy 4-speed,possibly from an earlier year. I would be interested in the rolling body.
I like the going fast with class, bring cash!
Are you calling it a Chevy trans because of the drivers side speedo? Its got studs on the shift forks, so yes its definitely earlier than the car.
Tranny is in the extra parts pile but might be included guy said
I am interested in the complete steering wheel assembly if you decide to sell that part once you collect the car.
All i need is the 70 body, you can mail it to me over the course of a year Jeff
Trying to get aholdt of the guy the vin # is for the gs 350 4343 so that's a good start
All of the visuals suggest it came out if a Chevy, definitely not out of another Buick. Probably something 69 or older. Hard to say without seeing numbers. It would require the same style linkage for the stud style forks. The 70-72 style levers have a larger slot cut in them, which is why they need the bolt style forks.
That shifter bracket on the side suggests it is possibly out of a Camaro.
About maybe 2 hours I will have a look at it anyway
If I wasn’t so far away, and had the place
