1970 Skylark Convertible GS clone project

I bought this car 4 years ago from a fellow board member. It was a complete running 350/350 convertible clone car.I decided to do a 400/455 transplant. When I removed the front clip it was evident that this car had frame rust issues & I would have to do a restoration sooner than I had hoped.I started to collect parts for the restoration including a NOS core support & a completely redone Georgia convertible boxed frame.I have run out of gas on this project & it is time to move it to make room for other projects.
    The bad:
Needs trunk & floor pans & also some rust @ the lower windshield /dash on the passenger side in about a six inch area. Also needs rear wheelhouse repair. The rear quarters were replaced at an earlier time & appear in good shape.
    The good:
    Nos core support
    New 400 trans cross member
Refurbished Southern convertible boxed frame that is set up w/455 frame pads, front disc brakes(drums & rotors included) ,Freshened 3:08 posi,& all new brake /fuel lines,Frame has been outside for a year so the hardware will need to be freshened.
New S/P 400 trans with a Transgo shiftkit & an aluminum pan(no convertor)
    New Pypes 2.5'' x-pipe exhaust system.(no mufflers).

    Interior:
Buckets, rear seats & door panels are driver quality, dash pad has no cracks,& console & sport wheel are very nice.Instrument cluster is also nice with the exception of the radio bezel.

    Convertible top:
The top has no rips/tears & the folding top is in working order.

    Exterior:
Excellent GS grille,Front bumper is nice/chrome nice, straight bumper,no damage.Rear bumper chrome is peeling on the ends, otherwise ,nice straight damage free bumper.GS rocker mldgs are driver quality.Door handles are new.Windshield is new,all stainless is intact & nice.Headlight bezels are nice also.

    Body:
The quarters were done by the previous owner are in nice shape. The GS hood is in very nice shape & complete. The trunk lid is in nice shape also,Both doors look to have had previous repair but are very nice overall. The driver fender is excellent & the passenger is nice with the exception of the lower panel has been previously repaired & the inner lower section needs repair. The passenger fender well has been repaired with a Mike Garrison kit. Both fender wells along with the NOS core support have been painted gloss black.

Chrome plated hood hinges & radiator cover.
Buick Rally wheels & center caps are nice.
I do not have a motor for this car. This was an A/C car but no compressor,
Car is located in Central New Jerse
    Price reduced $4,800.00
    Thanks for looking.
