I have owned the car since 1986. This is an early 70 car with the plastic radiator cover and pointed lenses. It is currently listed on the Stage 1 registry and verified to be an authentic 1970 Stage 1 convertible by the Sloan Auto Museum (Option A on the build sheet ). Documentation also consists of the original Bill of Sale with the VIN number listed.

The original block was replaced with a Buick replacement block.
Stage 1 heads with the correct valves and springs
    Stage 1 carburetor 7040246
    State 1 distributor 1112016
    Stage 1 BB coded transmission.
    Stage 1 3:64 rear end.
In 2007 the body was completely stripped and the original Fire Red Base Coat/Clear Coat was applied. The car is straight and the paint flawless. Bumpers have been rechomed and original trim is intact. The convertible top works fine and is in good shape. Font suspension rebuilt. New coil springs, shocks, gas tank and master cylinder.
The car is undercoated. Only modifications are Headers, flex fan and aftermarket radio. I still have the original clutch fan. The car retains the original radiator.
Options include the Split Bench, Tilt Wheel Stage 1 package and Convertible top. GSXTRA monthly magazines 1987-2004
Car is located in upstate NY
