    Found this today during a surf. If anyone here is interested, I could go take a look and some pics as it's probably only about 45 minutes away from me.

    You'd just have to give me details as to what to look for to authenticate a 70. :Brow:

    I looked at it yesterday. #s don't match. It is a super rust free car though. Interior is good. Has a bit of noise in the motor. Might be a cracked flex plate.

    Sean, what did the guy say about the numbers? I can't believe how many people say "numbers match" and have either no idea, or are trying to pull a fast one.

    What did not match?motor?trans?carb?dist? diff?

    well i couldn't see anything on the block. the carb, dist. and trani was wrong. and i couldn't see the code on the rear end. just didn't feel right either. i think it was a GS just not a real stage.
