Where do these come from. I never see any others around here.

If anybody is interested in this car, I would be glad to go look at it and get any information.

There out there. I am going to look at a 1 owner 1970 GS 350 this weekend. it's southwest of me my neighbor told me about it. He bought a franchise off the now deceased owner of the car and saw it in his warehouse. Supposedly has been in a warehouse since the mid 80's Father bought it for his son as a graduation present in 1970 son died father kept it now the father has died. it is a low option car from what I have been told no air electric windows etc. So will see.

I've been out here since way before 71. Of course, I was driving my camaro's and stuff, so I probably never even looked at the Buicks.

Doo Wop Where were you in '62?

    And I quote

"Original in and out. {new engine {{455}} in 2008."

    Knocks original outta the park!

Well, I do not have any statistical data to back this statement up per se, but I seem to have heard of (first-person and third-person) of stories like this one where Buick and Olds cars were retained with their original or looooong time owners ... and then coming out of the woodwork later. More so than the Chevys & Pontiacs or Mopars, etc. I think of how many really old Electras, LeSabres and Rivieras I see at estate sales ... from the original owners and that kind of underscores my point. Buick marketed to a (slightly) different demographic than other divisions and maybe situations like these are the result. I know I have my Dad's '70 S1 that he owned from waaaaaay back when and only got it because Dad passed away, else, beleive me, he would still be enjoying the car ... let's just say that putting 5 children through college did not deter him from keeping that car.
