A small block 383 with almost 500 crank HP & 3.73 gears would be a real bear to drive around town, I'm thinking.

Put the 383 back into the Super Bee or Roadrunner and replace with a Buick!

so you know, for the next time
a chevy 383 is a small block chevy 350 running a stroker crank
decent motors but theres much better out there nowadaze.
    Lm,Ls,etc etc

whereas,a mopar 383 is a standard bread and butter big block motor.
they came in all flavors,2bbl and 4bbl.
this was one of the best motors mopar made as far as dependability and reliability.

And neither of them belong in a Buick.

I knew that, just tired of 383 being thrown around when it’s a stoked 350. To me a 383 is a Mopar motor.
