In reading the description again I'm guessing it's a Skylark that was cloned & didn't start life as a GS 350. Still a nice looking car & not a bad deal.

Sure looks like an orig GS Manny but the description makes me think it's a Skylark.

Just sent the listing to a friend and said the same - if truly rust free & with what hoods are going for it's practically worth what he's asking in parts.

I'd think that sandalwood sport wheel would bring some good money by itself. I recall helping a buddy look for one years back (pre-internet and forums) it was like looking for a hair in a haystack. Never did find one either. Seems like that car has a lot of the correct GS parts, even the door panel emblems look to be in the right place. Makes you wonder if it is legit. If not, someone put some effort into it. Looks like it'd make a good driver as it is now.

Its not a Deluxe interior. Not sure if the GS model came without it.

It did. That was the no-cost interior. Same interior as my old '71 GS.

Hood and fenders seem faded the same, I would guess it is a GS car or it has been cloned a very long time ago.

I figure it was an original GS 350, but a Stage 1 clone (they just added the Stage 1 badges). Still looks like a good deal.

OK..... I will look to see if this car- IN MASSACHUSETTS- is still available and schedule a time to look at it... I did NOT want to look at it, in fear that I would buy it..
