Over the next couple of months I am going to reduce the number of cars I own. It is impossible to drive them all, so.....

The first one will be a 1971 Skylark Custom Convert. Vehicle was from the southern states, so rust is NOT an issue. Floors, trunk, quarters and fenders are all nice. This really is about as straight and clean of an A body car as I have seen in some time. The car was repainted a couple of years back and is Limemist green, paint is still of nice quality and shines very nice. Interior is white, as well as the top. Both are original to the car and in wonderfull condition. The seating is a bench seat with fold down arm rest. Those people who know me, know that if something is not right with a car, I wont hesitate to fix it. There isnt any reason to replace either the top or the upholstery. This car is loaded with options, power windows, tilt steering and cruise control as well as A/C. A black sport steering wheel sets off the interior. All bumpers and chrome are in very nice condition and shine like a diamond.
The engine is a 350 4 barrel. This engine and carburetor were just rebuilt, and have about 250-300 miles on it. The engine just runs like a charm . The steering box was just replaced, and hasnt seen the street yet. I will not have a car that doesnt go where you steer it. Brakes are also fresh, and are drum brakes all the way around. the car rides on a new set of Goodyear Eagle GTII radials.
All in all this is a car anyone would be proud to own and drive. It runs right, drives right, and looks great.
If anyone wants pictures of the car, I will have to send them to you, as I have yet to figure out how to get them on this site.

I am asking $15,000 obo for it. The car is located in Cedar Rapids, IA

BTW 2 of the Wildcats, and the 55 Century will also be up for sale soon

I can be reached at 866-823-8642 toll free to discuss

    What's up?

Mark, Mark, Mark, what are you making room for?
You must figure out how to post pics. If an old geezer like me can do it,
a young whipper snapper like you can too.:spank:

    Roger,

I really do need to start selling some of the cars off. For one, I am out of room, and two, when I walk into DMV, the girls know me by name. Thats not good.

As far as posting pictures, I guess I am too much "old school" and I get frustrated with computers. The car will be listed on E-bay and there will be pictures there of it.

John H is a friend of a friend, I told him you were a stand up guy and not to hesitate hitting the buy it now because there wouldn't be any surprises when he got the car. Looks like he wants to buy some extra parts too. I am sure its going to work out well for the two of you.
    Congrats
    Herb

    Hi Randy,

That blk GSX is really a GS455 cloned to look like Brad C's car. Done by Al Fiandaco. I believe thats how you spell the name. I bought it last year from Jeff Horsman in TX. Absolutely stunning black car that looks like new.

    Herb,

Thank you for the testimony, I promise not to let you down. He will be getting a great little car, and yes, there are some very cool extras going in the truck for this car. If he does it like he said, it will be a very good looking X clone when done.
    Thank you again.
