I have a 1972 buick 455 that I have on a stand that i am getting ready to run , it has a eldebrock intake on it ,so I don't know what the firing order is. I also need to know what the timming should be set at.

    Thanks

Set your timing @ Top dead center or 0 degrees on the compression stroke. The cylinders are 1,3,5,7 on the L side and 2.4.6.8 on the R side. Your manual should have a wiring diagram.
