All is need to be down is swap engines, but don't got time to do the work to it. Interior is original and Incredible for it's year. Looks like it might be a pretty good deal. He makes it sound like a very simple thing to take the 350 out and put the 455 in. That kind of knowledge base might be why it's a project that never got done.
