Family-owned since the early 80's is our 1976 two-toned Buick Estate Wagon with approximately 95,000 miles. Currently in dry storage, our beloved Buick is insured with collector plates and runs and drives. The last of the 'clam-shell' Buicks, the heart of this one boasts a 455 engine and has been maintained throughout it's life.

A preview of this piece of history can be seen on Netflix, as it was made available for a show entitled 'No Tomorrow', and featured as the lead actor's vehicle

This vehicle has been handed over to us from our father and driven across Canada in 2009. Safety inspected shortly afterwards and now was BC plates. It comes with several large bins of spare parts.

Loaded with almost every conceivable option in it's time including air conditioning, power windows, power locks, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, dual 6-way 60/40 power front seats, cruise control, roof rack, power tailgate and AM/FM stereo radio.

Although it is in very good condition for it's age, some items will need to be looked at (taken from my dad's notes on file)
    - U-joints on the drive shaft when turning sharp corners makes a light thumping noise, will need to be replaced
    - Body mounts (rubber doughnuts) will need to be replaced
    - Radiator cross-member is rusted out
    - Weak parking brake
    - Gas gauge not working

We are forced to sell our family vehicle due to relocation. Serious buyers only. $8900 obo.

I would be a little nervous of what's lurking under that vinyl top, driver's side "C" pillar. Seems to have some rust issues.

I like these wagons a lot, though my preference would have been a 74. That's a decent price IMHO. Thankfully its way far away from me and in Canada. Otherwise I'd be trying to figure out where I can keep it.
