Up for sale is my 1978 Buick Skylark. The car is Black (originally silver) with a black interior. It currently has 67,xxx miles and is a reliable driver. It sports the 3.8 V6 and gets over 25mpg on the highway. I replaced the original stereo with an Alpine head unit/amp/xm radio, Boston Accoustic speakers, and a Kenwood 10" sub. It sounds really good along with the professional installation. The reason it's for sale is I got my LeSabre convertible back and I'm also looking for a newer vehicle. The drivetrain is in excellent condition but, the engine has blow-by and leaks from lack of use. With changing the oil and keeping an eye on the oil level it has never failed me yet and I'll drive it anywhere with confidence. A 350 swap is a direct bolt-in without any changing of motor mounts, etc...A 350 Buick engine with 20k miles is also available for whomever buys the car. The car is currently PA inspected until May 2007 as it's a solid vehicle. The only rust on the body is around the rear wheelwells which isn't too bad. The floors, trunk, and lower quarters are rock-solid as the original owner purchased rustproofing when it was new. The subframe has new bushings as some metal needed replaced. It was professionally repaired and a nice job was done on it. Another good subframe is also included if desired. The car also has dogdish hubcaps with the black 14" steel wheels. I have (4) 15x7's with two good Kelly Charger tires that's included too. I will be getting pictures tomorrow (Sunday) to show the condition of the car. I know I missed some info so, please ask me if there's anything you'd like to know about the car. The chances of reaching me on here is slim as my work keeps me out on the road during the week. Call my cell for any information wanted at 570-849-0216. Asking $1250 obo...thanks.
