I got my first buick and its in really good running condition, just a few things to do to the body and the drivers door is pretty badly rusted on the bottom. I'm looking for a new door if anyone can help me please respond ASAP. Thx! Bryan
Bryan, not sure where you are located, but you might want to look a doing a search on junkyards, and in your area. There are lots of '85 Rivs out there and I think the '79-'85 doors are probably the same or close, besides side trim. My mom has one, the frame is bad on, she doesn't want to part with it, though and the doors are rusty, as it's been in NY and the salt etc. I am supposed do something with it by next summer, like find another frame or part it out, have no room to part it out here, so may take it to the BCA NATs in Batavia, for sale as is, will have to see if we have time to do that.
